Fundraising Private Party


our organization can reserve the entire Chaos Room facility for a private fundraising event before or after our normal operating hours. Your organization will have private, exclusive use of the facility and will raise hundreds of dollars while having an amazing time!

• Select a 2 hour period before or after our operating hours during which your group will have full, private and exclusive use of our facility
• Chaos Room receives $100 in advance as a reservation fee (non-refundable such that we can staff for your event accordingly)
• Chaos Room provides 75 admission tickets for your group to sell with each ticket valid for unlimited video gaming and 10 arcade tokens to be used during your selected 2 hour period (see image of admission ticket below)
• Your group sells the 75 tickets for $10 each (a savings of $6.50+ per ticket)
• Chaos Room collects an additional $325 the day of your event from your sold tickets.  Your group keeps the remaining $325! If you couple this with additional ideas such as ticket pledge forms (sponsor for each prize ticket earned), silent auction prizes, and raffles, we are bound to help you achieve your fundraising objectives!  And the best part is, everyone will have a GREAT time in the process!
