FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

  • a) For adults 21 and up, is it possible to consume alcohol in the Chaos Room?  Yes!  If you purchase an alcoholic beverage at Buffalo Wings & Rings, ask for a wrist band at the bar; if consumed responsibly (subject to management discretion), you may bring your beverage into the Chaos Room arcade and gaming theaters when wearing the BWR wristband!
  • b) Is it true that 16 people can play against one another on four different 15 foot theater screens?  Yes! Depending on the game, most notably the Halo Series, 16 people can play against each other within a single room on 4 different theater sized screens. Interestingly, there are several other games including basketball, soccer, and hockey that allow up to 8 people to play in the same sports game on 2 different screens (for example, 4 people can play as the Los Angeles Lakers against 4 people playing as the Chicago Bulls). How cool is that?
  • c) Is my $100 party deposit refundable?  We apologize in advance, but we are unable to refund party deposits in the event of a cancellation. Please understand that we need to staff for parties well in advance of your specific party date in order to ensure we provide the best service to each event we host. Please rest assured, however, that party deposits are always applied toward the total price of your party.
  • d) Do you offer group discounts?  Yes! In addition to our party packages, which include the use of a private party room, we also offer group packages for 8 or more people that provide significant savings. To learn more about our group rates, please call us at 937-436-1010.
  • e) Do you offer any specials?  In addition to our event calendar that features a unique special or event each and every day of the month, we offer the following weekday specials 52 weeks a year:  Monday – $15 for an all day pass; Tuesday – Buy 1 hour and stay a 2nd hour for FREE; Wednesday – Buy $10 in tokens and select a Chaos Card for your chance to win up to 2,500 bonus prize tickets; Thursday – Buy $20 in tokens and receive $10 in bonus tokens for FREE.
  • f) What does an all day pass entail?  An all day pass allows you unlimited access to our gaming theaters for the entire day — from open until close. An all day pass is $25, however, on Mondays we offer an all day pass at a discounted price of only $15.  What a deal!  If you check in and out at the Chaos Room sales counter, you may come and go throughout the day as you please.
  • g) If I get hungry or thirsty while playing, do you offer food and drinks?  We offer a variety of theater candies, freshly popped  popcorn, and sodas. We are also directly connected to Buffalo Wings & Rings, making it easy to enjoy both quality food and great entertainment with each visit.
  • h) I really want to play a video game that the Chaos Room does not carry in its extensive gaming library.  May I bring my own game from home to play in the gaming theaters?  Yes!  While we do our best to carry the most popular titles on each of the gaming platforms, please understand that there are thousands of games on the market and thus simply aren’t able to inventory every game. If there is a game you own that we do not carry, feel free to bring it with you to the Chaos Room. Please note that under certain circumstances our team may be unable to accomodate your private gaming request; such examples may include, but aren’t limited to, your request to play a strictly one-player game during peak hours or a game that involves overly offensive graphics or language.  All game requests that we don’t carry are subject to management discretion.
  • i) Is it possible to rent the entire Chaos Room facility for a private function?  Yes!  While all of our parties include a private gaming theater, you may indeed rent the entire facility if you prefer to host an exclusive private function.  For rates and availability, please call us at 937-436-1010.
  • j) What gaming systems do you presently offer in your gaming theaters?  We presently offer games on the following platforms: Wii, XBox 360, XBox 360 Kinect, Playstation 3, and Playstation 3 Move.
